Hi, When I was moving to the island, I was debating between 430 Main and the Octagon (the condo located in the northern part of the island). It was more spacious but not too expensive in comparison with the condos near the subway station. How's life there? Is it too tiring to take the red bus after coming back from manhattan?

I believe 430 Main with smaller room is better than the octagon's bigger room. But it depends on how often you go out to manhattan. If you are working fully remote while taking care of young children, octagon can also be a good option

Anyone know a tutoring center for the stuyesant test?
My daughter goes to a test prep program at NYCGPrep. She’s learning a lot which is great as she’s going to be in 8th grade and taking the test soon. But the school she goes to is in Chelsea near FIT. Can anyone recommend a closer place? maybe in UES or even in Queens?

Anyone know what happened to Graduate? (the hotel in RI)
Hi, I remember there was a hotel with a nice rooftop near the Tram / Cornell Tech. I think it was called "Graduate" if my memory serves me right. I was searching for a hotel but it doesn't show up on Google Map. Do you know what's going on? Are they permanently closed?
